The team at Paradigm comprises of knowledgeable property sector specialists, who apply entrepreneurial skill and execution to ensure optimal results. Our core management, who have a minimum of 22 years’ experience in the UK market, are involved in all aspects of our instructions.
Through joint ventures, we have completed 450 multi-sector property acquisitions across the UK for a total value of £790million. We are currently development and leasing advisors on over 3 million sq ft of retail and leisure assets, property management consultants on some 300,000 sq ft of multi sector assets, strategic advisors on over 125 acres of development land, development and leasing advisors on over 300,000 sq ft of office and industrial property and have some £30million of assets under management in our joint venture investments.
